This superb three – bedroom apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of Athens next to the National Archaelogical museum. It is a five – minute walk from Pedion Areos, the only large park in the city centre, and a ten – minute walk from Exarcheia Square, a colourful area whose bustling streets make it an ideal spot for visitors. Public transport is within easy reach. There is a railway station nearby and buses and trams run frequently very close to the flat.
The apartment is 130 square metres on the first floor of a block of flats. It is spacious and sunny. It is fully renovated but it has retained some of the most distinctive features of the initial construction, such as its wonderful wooden and marble floors. The owners have put a lot of thought in the smallest detail and have created a lovely and welcoming space for the guests. The flat features three bedrooms, a bathroom and a WC, a big living room, a kitchen with all the modern facilities( ceramic cooker, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster) as well as a dining table, and a study. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen and a 43” smart TV in the living room. The flat is air-conditioned and there is WiFi connection.
The apartment can accommodate up to nine people. There are two master bedrooms with king size beds and a children’s room with a single bed, which can become a double bed, if need be. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a comfortable double bed and there is an extra bed for the 9th guest. There are wardrobes with hangers in all the rooms.
The neighbourhood is ideal for people who like being close to theatres, cinemas, restaurants cafes and clubs. There are also a lot of convenience stores and supermarkets in the area, so one can find whatever they want easily and at any time of the day or night.
